General Party FAQs 

What is the price of a party? 

All sport parties are €180.00 which covers up to 16 children. This payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.  

Sport parties do not include food, and you can bring your own food and use our food space. 

Aquazone parties €185.00 for 10 children, and €18.50 per child for extras.  AquaZone parties include food which is served in the Aquazone Party zone. (Any additional children added for AquaZone parties must be confirmed and paid no later than 2 days prior to the party date, and are subject to availability due to AquaZone capacities.)

Does Sport Ireland Campus accept cash payments?  

No, we are a cashless facility and so cash payments are not accepted. We can accept debit/ credit card, bank transfer or cheque payments only. 

How can I book a party? 

Bookings can be made with our Sales team, either over the phone or in the Sales Office (Based in National Aquatic Centre) for further details contact sales@sportirelandcampus.ie / 016464300 –

What is the minimum / maximum number of children that can attend? 

Our Sports Parties are a set cost of €180.00 and this covers 16 children. The cost is non-deductible and non-refundable if less that 16 attend, and max. Attendance is 16. 

Aquazone Parties can be booked online, see www.aquazone.ie/birthday-parties. There is a minimum charge of €185.00 which covers up to 10 children, and an additional charge of €18.50 per extra child. The max. to attend is 20. 1 Parent goes free with up to 10 children. A 2nd parent can go free for 15-20 children. Any additional adults will need to purchase an Adult Aquazone ticket. 

Is food included and if so, what food is provided? 

Food is only included in the Aquazone parties. All children attending an Aquazone party will receive a meal box which contains sausages /chicken nuggets and chips, with a cordial drink. If you have any specific food requirements or allergies, please contact sales@Sportirelandcampus.ie to discuss further. 

For all other parties, food is not included as part of the package, however there will be 30 minutes allocated at the end of the party in a seated area, so that provided if the party parent can bring in food, drinks and/or birthday cake – Please note, we do not provide cutlery/ plates etc. 

What time should we arrive and where do we go? 

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes and no less than prior to the start time of your booking. Location will depend on the type of party you have booked, please see the specific party type details below. 

For Aquazone Parties, please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to allow for changing/ safety talks etc, so that we can ensure to get you in the water as quickly as possible. 

Are party bags included? 

No, we do not supply party bags – However you’re welcome to bring your own. 

Are party invitations provided?

Can we decorate the area? 

No, unfortunately the walls cannot be decorated in the areas 

Can we bring a Birthday cake? 

Yes  - for Sport Parties you will also need to bring plates and cutlery. 

*Aquazone parties can provide plates and cutlery. 

Can I cancel and get a refund or is there any additional charge? 

All party payments are non-refundable.  Parties can be rescheduled with more than 48 hours-notice. *Dependant on availability. 

Can I change the booking date/ type of party after making a booking? 

Whilst we will try to accommodate any changes required, this would be subject to availability, notice given, and changes required etc. Please contact sales@sportirelandcampus.ie to discuss further. Changes will not be confirmed until you receive written confirmation. 

How long are the parties? 

All Sport parties are total of 2 hours.  90 mins activity, and 30 mins for food/ cake if you wish. 

Aquazone parties are a total of 3 hours. 15 mins for safety talk/ changing, 2 hours in Aquazone, 15 mins for changing afterwards, and 30 mins for food.  

What age’s are suitable for the parties? 

We offer Sport parties for children aged between 6 – 12 years old (mini movers 3-5years), however please check the specific party type you’re interested in for further details.   

*Aquazone parties are for children age 9+ - No under 9s permitted. 

Is there a coach provided? 

All of our Sports Birthday Parties are led by our expert Coaches! They’ll be on hand for the duration of the party and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. 

For Aquazone parties, a party host will meet you at the start of the party and will bring you to the party area and look after your requirements for the food time, however the host will not be in Aquazone pool area with the group. Please see further details in the ‘Aquazone Party section’
