Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre Announced Overall Leisure Award Winner at the National Quality Standard Awards

The Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre was announced as Overall Leisure Award winner at today’s National Quality Standard Awards for 2022 by Ireland Active, the representative body for the Leisure, Health & Fitness Industry.
 
The Sport Ireland Campus team were presented with the award at the National Quality Standard Awards (NQSA) annual awards ceremony on Friday, 19th November.

The NQSA, is the most sought-after and respected accolade in the leisure and fitness industry and is awarded to facilities that meet the operational standards for leisure and fitness facilities across 250 quality-based criteria. The standard is designed to encourage continuous improvement within the sector and recognises facilities for their remarkable standards in the areas of safety, hygiene, customer service and human resources. 
 
The Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre team have continued to focus on the customer experience and service delivery resulting in consistent year on year improvements in our NQS audit score. This award confirms the excellent work which has been carried out by the team at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre.
