Designed for young athletes to learn skills, train like champions, gain pro tips, insights, and inspiration from the best in the game, to be get inspired to achieve their goals!
Our Skills Clinics are two-hours long, with small groups, located in the high performance facilities of Sport Ireland Campus, where Ireland’s top Olympians and sports stars train. We plan to deliver these athlete-led Performance Skill Clinics monthly to inspire the next generation of champions.

- 8-12 year olds: 14:30 - 16:30 Saturday, 30th November 2025.
- 12 - 15 year olds: 12:00 - 16:00 Saturday, 30th November 2025.

Athletics Skills Clinic with Thomas Barr
An the opportunity to join Ireland Athletics star Thomas Barr for an exclusive Athletics skills clinic! Thomas, is a retired Irish track and field athlete with accolades in 400m Hurdles at 2016 Rio Olympics and winning European Championship 2024 Mixed 4x400 Relay team, will share his expertise and techniques to help your child master the art of athletics. This clinic is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of Ireland’s top athletes and improve their skills on the track.
