National Dryland Diving Centre
The Sport Ireland National Diving Training Centre allows Ireland's top divers practise and perfect their technique outside of the pool. It also doubles as an excellent training centre for gymnastics.
This unique dryland facility is the largest of its type between Ireland and the UK and compliments both high performance and academy divers in their quest to become part of the high-performance team. The Centre also has an open multi-purpose space area of 250m which can be used for gymnastics, warming up and has already hosted a major Table Tennis tournament.
The high spec trampoline area is built to allow, those capable, practice their skills of trampolining in a safe and secure environment.
Designed to the highest safety standards, this area allows for hours of practice and perfect for our athletes, academies, and camps.
The tumbling area is a designated area within the Sport Ireland National Diving Centre which allows gymnastics to practice their tumbling free from any obstacle as well as providing them with the necessary equipment required to perfect their skills.
This also provides a great arena for our expert coaches to help perfect the skills of those in our academies and camps.
