Adult Academies

It is never too late to try a new sport or perfect the skills in a sport you are already familiar with. Our Adult Academy programmes are 10-week terms for adults which cater to all levels from beginners up. The expert coaches at the Sport Ireland Campus have designed the Adult Academy programmes to cater for all levels of ability and ages.

The Sport Ireland Campus Adult Swim lessons are held in the world-class Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre under the guidance of expert and dedicated teachers and coaches.
