At the Sport Ireland Campus we encourage the participation of adults of all ages and fitness levels. We pride ourselves on our wide range of classes and programmes which offer the best coaching in the best facilities in the country. Our pricing is flexible and great value.

Please note that we accept card payments or online bookings only as we are a cashless purchase facility.

Any purchase over the counter will need to be made by card.

Adult Academies

It is never too late to try a new sport or perfect the skills in a sport you are already familiar with. Our Adult Academy programmes are 10-week terms for adults which cater for all levels from beginners up.

Sport Ireland Campus Fitness Gym Facilities

Join Our Gym

Sport Ireland Campus Fitness members have access to our newly refurbished state of the art gym, but they also enjoy access to a private member changing area, private members-only health suite (including sauna, steam room and jacuzzi), the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre's 50-metre Olympic standard competition pool.

Private Swimming Lessons

Are you or your child looking to learn how to swim or refine your swimming skills? Our private swimming lessons offer a personalised approach, allowing one-on-one time with expert instructors to help you master the water. Whether it’s learning the basics, overcoming fears, or perfecting your technique for an upcoming triathlon, we’ve got you covered!

Active Seniors

Our active, multi-exercise class for older adults takes place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings every week at 11am in the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena.

The Sport Ireland Campus is home to a wide range of facilities including, but not limited to; The Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre, The Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena, The National Gymnastics Training Centre, The Sport Ireland Covered Pitches, Multi-Sport Pitches, Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena Training Centre, the Sport Ireland Campus Conference Centre.
