Staying Active!

At Sport ireland Campus we value the importance of our employee staying healthy and keeping active. We offer:

No Smoking Campus

The Smoke-Free Campus initiative aims to completely eradicate smoking. Smoking is now only permitted in a small number of designated smoking shelters across the 500-acre site and is not permitted in any public spaces.

Get Active at Work

Being active at work is not only good for your health and wellbeing, but it also helps with your productivity. 

We have highlighted the 'calories burnt' on the staircases throughout the campus. Why not use these as a target each day to keep active; have walking meetings, take calls while walking, and use your break time wisely!
