Diving Skill Clinic with Oliver Dingley
Gain exclusive insights into diving from one of Ireland's top divers and two-time Olympian Oliver Dingly, Ireland’s first Diving Olympic finalist, at a special diving clinic tailored for Club divers and Sport Ireland Campus academy members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for club/academy divers to join a two-hour skills clinic at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre, where Oliver trained with other champions. Oliver will share tips and insights from his expertise and experience to sharpen their skills and refine their techniques like a champion.
Each clinic is 2 hours, including 90 minutes of interactive diving activities, followed by a 30-minute classroom session to deepen understanding, a Q+A session and, an opportunity to get an autograph or take pictures with Oliver. Our Skill Clinics cost €70, and must be pre-booked on the link above.

Inspiration from the Best!
Oliver Dingley was Ireland’s first Olympic diver in 68 years in Rio 2016 where he finished eighth with his PB of 442.90 points. In 2018 he was eighth at the European Championships and seventh at the World Cup in China. In May 2021 he qualified for his second Olympics by making the semi-finals of the World Cup in Tokyo.
Perfect for Young Divers
Oliver's two-hour Skill Clinic at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre is designed to build confidence, improve technique and gain inspiration with small groups so spaces are limited.
Oliver will take participants through various dives and movement skills in a safe and controlled environment. He will spend some time helping and correcting the finer details.
He will be doing a Q+A session where participants are invited to ask and discuss anything diving related. This will also be an opportunity to get an autograph or take pictures with Oliver.

World Class Facilities
Oliver's Swimming Skill Clinics are held in the state-of-the-art Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre. This is Ireland's national swimming centre and is not only built to Olympic standards but was also home to the Special Olympics Pool swimming and diving events.
For parents, the swimming lessons are viewable from any of the 2,500 seats around the pool and there is also an on-site Café and Restaurant.
