Autism Class Swimming Lessons

Our Autism Class Swimming Lessons cater for children who have autism from 4 years of age to teens. The lesson is structured in a way that suits the development of the child.

Having the adult in the water allows the swimmer to feel supported. This will also teach the adult supports and holds that they can take with them wherever they go. This structure allows a strong bond to be created between swimmer and adult in a more relaxed quieter environment under the watchful eye of our Swim Ireland Level 2 for Autism qualified teachers.

Here they will learn the fundamentals and core aquatic skills.
