Best Overall Leisure Award 2021

Sport Ireland Campus are delighted to announce that the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre has today won the Best Overall Leisure Award 2021 at the virtual National Quality Standard Awards with Ireland Active.

We would like to thank the hard working team that consistently deliver the highest standards and quality of services required to win this award.

Having identified excellence and customer focus as part of our core values in recent years, the team at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre have put a renewed effort on the NQS award. It is important to us that we are able to measure our performance against our own benchmark but also against other leading facilities in the country.

We have continued to focus on the customer experience and the constant year on year improvement in service delivery.  Regular self-auditing using the NQS framework, ongoing staff training and a targeted capital investment programme has resulted in consistent year on year improvements in our NQS audit score.

This award recognises the endeavours of our staff to consistently improve and is reflective of the dedication of all our staff across all our facilities.
